Isabella's grandma sent her the cutest ladybug costume for Halloween! So she was a ladybug this year.

When Craig came home from work, we went over to a block party that some members in our ward throw on Halloween. After getting some food, it was time to collect candy! Isabella wasn't sure about trick-or-treating at first but warmed up to it a little bit once we put her on the ground (mostly because she was on the ground. She's pretty independent). She never did want to hold her treat pumpkin and would walk away from most of the houses before she got her candy. It was fun taking her out and letting her get us some candy :)

Side note- funny story. Craig was holding Isabella (as seen in the picture above) and someone in our ward said "you have a bug on you". Craig and I were both thinking he meant the dead bugs on his leather jacket he uses for riding his motorcycle. We were both like "yeah, it's an authentic riding coat." But, he was talking about Craig holding the Isabella ladybug. Haha.

After trick-or-treating, we went to Craig's parent's house and hung out for a little bit. Isabella enjoyed staying out late and today we're feeling the effects of candy and loss of sleep. Oh well.
