Our New Place

The end of August we moved to Idaho Falls. So far it has been nice living here and we both really like where we live. We moved into a 2 bed/1 bath apartment with a 2 car garage (which is SUPER nice) and washer/dryer hookups (this was a big deal since most of the places in our range didn't have hookups and some didn't even have laundry facilities on site). I'm not sure on the square footage but it is probably the smallest apartment we have lived in. On the up side, the set is really open so you don't realize how small it is so we don't mind the smallness of it (Sarah has learned that smaller can be nicer because it is less to clean!). We still have yet to go to our new ward since we were out of town and had commitments to our old ward until last Sunday so we're not sure how our new ward is but we're sure it is wonderful. We do plan on attending our new ward this week unless Isabella decides that is when she's like to join our family. Enjoy some pictures of our new place and come visit us!

Since we do have a smaller apartment, Isabella doesn't get the luxury of having her very own room just yet but luckily she won't even notice.






Also, the curtains in her room are the ones that I made. We're setting up her crib as her Christmas present even though we have already purchased everything but the mattress and she has butterfly crib bedding that goes with the curtains perfectly! I'm so glad I decided to make the curtains. I think they turned out so cute! Here is a close up the the curtain fabric (sorry it's a little blurry).

About the time we were moving we picked up our bed frame from Craig's brother. It is nice because it has drawers underneath so we don't need a dresser (which is good because we really didn't know where we were going to put one in our small room). Thank you Nathan and Mikelle for the bed frame! We love it and it is perfect!
