Sarah is really enjoying being done with college. She received her diploma in the mail the other day and had to put it on the wall that day! She is still working at the dry cleaners and really enjoys the people she works with. Sarah still serves as a nursery leader for church and loves it. Kids are so precious and she loves spending time with them and teaching. Last month, Sarah was able to go back home to Denver and spend some time with her family. It was lots of fun! During the week she spent time eating, shopping, watching movies, playing games, going to a basketball game, and learning to shoot a gun. Unfortunately, she didn't take a single picture of what she did during that week! Craig was really happy to have his wife home after a long week apart and not having as much during that week as Sarah did.
Craig is still in school but only for a few more months! He'll be a graduate in April and is really excited. He's still working at Winger's and likes his job. While Sarah was in Denver, he spent some time working on his bike but has decided to completely strip it down and rebuild the whole thing. Getting his bike running may end up taking longer than he had originally planned. Craig has also received his first voice lesson student! He loves giving voice lessons and is so glad to have someone to teach. Craig is still serving in the church as the primary pianist. He loves his calling because it's so easy! Just show up and play the piano.
We celebrated Jack's 5th "birthday" on Feb. 1st. We got Jack 2 years ago on Feb. 1st so it is now his birthday. We made him a little cake just for him to eat and he loved it. At first he wasn't sure what it was but he quickly gave in and ate it. We gave him a new toy and some treats for his birthday. It was to celebrate the adoption of "our baby".
We have been spending some time planning for the future since we will both be with school soon. We have been looking at houses and hope to be able to get one in the Rigby, Idaho area (about 15 minutes south of Rexburg) since we know Craig can get a job fire fighting there. We'll see what happens. We're still trying out what to do with our lives and where the Lord wants to take us next.
Like every other couple, we spent last weekend celebrating Valentine's Day. On Saturday night while Craig was working, Sarah spent some time babysitting some of her nieces and nephews. It was so fun! After that, we saw When in Rome and ate dinner at Winger's of course! When in Rome was a good, funny movie and we'd recommend it. On Sunday, Sarah cooked her first turkey and it actually turned out good! She was really happy about that. After eating we took a very much needed nap! It was so wonderful! We had a really nice Valentine's together and we love the time that we have to spend together. Here are some pictures of the gifts we gave each other.
That's a little of what has been going on at our house. We'll try to be better at posing, but I'm pretty we've said that before...
